Kohandiar is a Toronto-based boutique offering a curated collection of formal dresses for special occasions.
The redesign focused on creating a visually appealing online store that highlights the elegance and quality of the products while simplifying the purchase process and increasing conversions.

Challenges
Presenting high visual quality (fashion photography, fabric details) while maintaining fast page load times for users with different bandwidths was a key challenge.
Product categorization, managing sizes and inventory, and providing logical filters for easy product discovery were additional challenges.

Design & UX
The design focused on strong product visuals, clean typography, and a simple navigation to allow users to quickly access product information, sizes, and prices.
Category pages feature logical filters (collection, color, price, size), and product pages include multiple images, a size guide, and complementary product suggestions.
E-commerce & Features
The shopping cart and checkout process were optimized to clearly display costs, shipping options (including free shipping across Canada), and provide a secure payment experience.
Features such as "Add to Wishlist," quick view, and newsletter subscription for new collections and sales were also implemented.
SEO & Digital Marketing
Product and collection pages were optimized for relevant keywords like "formal dress," "evening gown," "Toronto boutique" with concise metadata and URL structures for local search visibility.
Analytics and conversion tracking (contact forms and phone clicks) were implemented to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
